I have set different warning notifications based on dynamic status change. One of the conditions of status is to change on Actual Date + 7 days. I set the Risk treatment due date as 18-july yesterday . the status was supposed to be changed today morning automatically but didn’t changed.
How does this condition work?

If you set the Risk treatment due date as the 18th of July, this condition will execute the change on the 25th of July.
If you want to send a notification 7 days before due date, you will have to select Actual Date - 7 days.

Looks like there is a configuration issue, I suggest you check the system health and run commands as recommended.
