On e.3.23.1:
If i need to review accounts on the policy portal, when i login i see something like this, where some are “missing” and some are “Submited”.

Can we group those two reviews, so we see two panels. On the top the “missing” and on the bottom panel the “Submitted”

if the panel has no records , you show a text “There are no (missing|submitted) reviews to show”

In both panels, the listing of items needs to be from the “Newer” to the “Older”
