Feature: Add url/field text to business continuity plans

Hi,

Beside the “Enable custom fields on Control Catalogue / Business Continuity Plans (and tasks) (2180) Prio-1”. I think in the Business Continuity Plan, it should have the url/text field as we have in the Security Policies so that we can reference the document directly when we create them.
