As part of preparing Audit Reports, it would benefit us to be able to control when we can:
- Reference what evidence was attached or provided to the audit report with names of the attachment files (e.g. add a list of file names attached as evidence to the report PDF)
- Render or package the evidence to include with the audit report. This is probably best as simply generating a zip file containing the audit report PDF with all attached evidence in a “evidence” folder since there is no straightforward way to guarantee PDF rendering of attached excels, docx, jpgs, etc.
This may also be useful when attempting to generate a report of a control (e.g. generate a report with evidence attached to each of last 3 audits, etc.) but less urgent
It would be great if improvements to Audits & Maintenance could take this into consideration:
