Currently, employees complete a quiz at the end of an awareness program, which requires all questions to be answered correctly to mark the training as complete. However, feedback has indicated that users sometimes miss that they’ve answered one or more questions incorrectly, particularly when errors occur early in the quiz. This has led to confusion and delays in training completion.
Suggested Improvements:
- Dynamic "Thank you (Sub-)Header Texts:
Allow us to define dynamic messages that are shown upon quiz completion, indicating whether all questions were answered correctly or if there were errors that require a retake. For example:
- “Congratulations! All answers are correct. Your training is now complete.”
- “One or more answers were incorrect. Please review and retake the quiz to complete the training.”
- Prominent Indicator for Retake Requirement:
Provide a clearer visual indicator (e.g., a colored banner or an alert message) to highlight when a user needs to retake the quiz. This would help employees immediately recognize that they have not yet successfully completed the training.
I think this would be much clearer for employees. Currently only the button label indicates whether the quiz was successful or not - and it does so in a very subtle way (“Continue” vs “Do it again”).
