I have several high-level business units/departments that have nested functions under them. I’ve created the individual nested business functions as separate business units, but I would like to be able to relate them back to the high-level business unit/department (e.g., Sales (department) -> Account Management, Business Development (nested business functions of Sales).

Our organisation also has a nested business unit as well. I was wondering if there are plans to have this in future as feature in Eramba ?
not really … is incredibly complicated to make this work. business units are only used for risk purposes and are at the top of the tree (bu, asset, risk, control, etc) that is it. we typically recommend not making many of them otherwise you will build a monster hard to manage!
