I appreicate that there is some functionality linked to the Policy ‘Status’ field, however it would be beneficial to be able to customise this field to add additional status’. Many organisations have more status’ than just draft or published (‘Not started’ or ‘Planned’ would be a good example). I agree with maintaining the fact that only published policies will be able to associate with risk/compliance etc but more flexibility would be helpful to enable customisation to fit in with an organisation and its processes. I know that the policy module is being revamped at the moment - is this something that is being condsidered (particularly as part of the approval process perhaps?) to avoid the need for a separate column that ultimately duplicates this data?
the policy module is changing this quarter, launching it to customers on q1 2025. the status field is used in a different way alltogether.
