Feature - Dynamic Status triggers when "Attachment" is missing

When i complete audit records i put my evidence as attachments to the audit record, what if someone puts a conclusion we did terrifically well on the audit but did not attach any evidence?

actually i made it work, this can also be used on reviews, maintenances, etc…

the condition i’m using is:

you could trigger emails when this matches to follow up those that have completed audits without attachments!!
