We are using Eramba for business continuity planning and specifically business impact analysis. We would please like the following enhancements:
- Add a field for recovery point objective (RPO). I notice that in the API, there is an RPO field exposed but in the front-end this is called revenue per hour. In my view, these concepts are not the same. We have solved this by adding a custom field but it would be better to use a built-in field.
- Convert RTO to a float. As it is today, we have to fill in an integer. Our recovery objectives are measured in days but for a few processes, it makes sense to have half a day or a few hours. We would like to store that in Eramba as a decimal value.
- Allow the MTO field to be empty. Today, we have to fill in the field with a 0 to be able to click Save. A zero is a valid objective so it would make more sense to leave it empty if it’s not being used.
