no more portals for eramba, its something we decided long time ago for various reasons. in general when Feature - Bloody User Defined Workflows are created anyone can log into eramba (with the right permissions) and create an exception with your custom defined forms (customisations) and the workflow takes care of the steps after they are created.
as of today our roadmap does not include workflows (Product Roadmap (Last Update: 4th August)) but is clearly something we want to do next year.
