We are missing on all three exceptions the custom roles on the notifications, without this when i send a notification (lets say i want to warn the requester 10 or 5 days before the deadline) i cant tell “send this to the requester”.
Another issue i found is that when i want a report that gives me all “Open” exception with “Expired” status (meaning they have a due date in the past) that option is not available on the filters, so i need to create a “manual” filter based on todays date (this makes it impossible to send the saved filter out as an email).
