Is it possible to move the incident types into the database to allow us to update the incident types. It would be good to be able to log false positives as an incident type. I have spent almost an entire day investigating an incident only to find it was not actually an incident. It would be good to be able to capture this in Eramba as well as possibly the time spent on an incident. sorry for digressing onto another request in the same one.
