Feature - Incidents Closure Date cannot be before the Open Date

On 3.23.3, in the Incidents section, it is possible to insert a Closure Date that is before the Open Date. This doesn’t make logical sense and can lead to confusion.

I propose adding a restriction to prevent this from happening. This would improve the user experience and ensure that the data entered is accurate and consistent.
