When adding an “ad-hoc” audit two scenarios typically come:
- the audit was done (for example to re-audit a failed a previous audit) and we know the result
- we plan a quick audit on the future, we dont know the uadit result of course
clicking the “Add” button:
allows you to complete dates, etc but the “result” must be set and that messes up the second scenario mentioned above:
Same thing for maintenances.
