Ok, I know this is a huge thing. So just putting it out there to see if it has any traction, even if only on the maybe roadmap…
By “no modals” I mean, when, eg, editing an item or opening a report, rather than it be in a modal popup it opens in a new page (or new tab of configured).
It is very common to, especially in the initial porting into eramba where we are now, to want to have multiple items open and visible at the same time. With modals it is possible, but quite cumbersome. You pretty have to duplicate tab to a new windows and open models in each windows. It would be so much easier (and much better ux imo) to open items in top level non-modal pages.
Thoughts?
