We got a request over support to be able to customise the way portals look like, since we are woking no the new template is a good idea to start looking at this.

The following features where suggested:
- Background image (this actually is already on the new template) PER portal
- Logo PER portal
- Make all portals look the same (now the policy portal is different)
- Define your own “title” and add (optionally) a “subtitle”
