in some modules, you cant create something unless you have all the dependencies ready … for example risk module, without an asset or tp or business process and some treatment option you can event save a risk … we should be able to let people create the risk and leave these things empty or with a “default” value

I do this by creating “Placeholder - Replace me” objects for risk exceptions, Assets, etc. that way i can create a risk with some description, and complete the entry later on.
by always having reviews expired, audits failed etc. for the Placeholder objects, is is easy to locate the risk items i haven’t completed yet.

I have prepared some Risk Exception named “Unhandled Risks” and an Asset named “Unidentified Asset”. So I can also use filters to find things that need to be elaborated.
