For one of our clients we have created a report from the internal controls section, from which the “Items grouped by status (Section)” chart is displayed.
However, the “OK” status of the audits is not shown in the graph. Should it be possible to add it?

OK shows when there is no other status applied to the item. I haven’t tried that section report, but I would guess (and can try later) is that you can create a custom status called OK with some criteria and then that OK would appear on the report. Main thing there is to set the criteria so it matches with the default OK…
