Feature Request: Policy Portal Search Functionality
While the new Policy Portal looks great and is a clear visual improvement, there is a notable regression in search functionality compared to the previous portal.
In the old Policy Portal, the search bar allowed users to search not only by document title, but also for document content when the Document Content option was used. This made it much easier to locate policies and specific information within documents.
In the new Policy Portal, the search is limited to document titles only, which significantly reduces usability, especially with a large number of policies.
The previous content search functionality was extremely useful and worked brilliantly. It would be great if this capability could be reinstated in the new Policy Portal.
Suggested Outcome:
Restore the ability to search within document content (as per the old portal) alongside title-based searching.
