Feature: Show associated risks for processes/ third parties/

Hi guys,

I’d like to propose a change for risks associated with assets. For us, it would be helpful if we had the possibility to automatically show risks associated with, in this example, processes.

Processes:

So, in this example, we have a process fleetmanagement, that has assets connected to it:

  • Data
  • Aircraft
  • Test Info Asset
  • Test application

and we have a couple of risks, that are associated with the process (business risks) and with its assets (test info and test application and in assets risks)

The Solution: “Dynamic Asset Risk Mapping”

I propose that the system should automatically pull and display risks based on the assets already linked to the process.

How it would work:

  • Step 1: The user selects the Assets for the process (e.g., Aircraft Data, Test Application).

  • Step 2: The system looks at the risk profile for those specific assets.

  • Step 3: The system auto-populates a new field called “Inherited Asset Risks.”

I’d propose a change, that in the processes or anywhere else one could see all risks that are associated with assets for this procces.

you did with customisations across modules im guessing, right?

but this does not exist in eramba, unless you create a customisation linking these two, right?

yes, we have used the customization from 3.28 to link assets to processes and I have the assets risks shown like this:

Not quite sure what you mean by this. Yes, it does not exist yet.
