The “thank you” text that is defined for an awareness program is shown to the user even if the questionnaire wasn’t completed successfully (“allow incorrect answers” is false and at least 1 queston is incorrect).
Unfortunately, that results in users thinking they completed successfully. We have changed the thank you text to check the button label instead of just clicking it (if it shows “continue” it was successful, if it says “do it again”, you’ll have to do it again…). Would be great if either the thank you text wasn’t shown or even better - if we could define both, a successful and unsuccessful thank you text.
only one reminder is sent, people would like to have more options
no “deadline” until when people must complete the training, the idea is that if you dont complete the training after all reminders are sent (item above), only then you count as “non compliant”
have the option to change the order of the content being displayed (videos, content, questions)
there is a bug, where you can create an awareness with an “empty” group, when you save it crashes
there is another bug, that in certain conditions an additional reminder is sent
compliance chart is fine, but it would be better if numbers are expressed as percentages
Most people do yearly trainings, so if you dont complete the training for 300 days you do not show up as “non compliant” … so it seems that is all good when is really not good.
