Feature - View field descriptions, or enter a record in view mode

It is not possible to view the description of the fields from the table filters. For users who do not have access to edit, I think it is important to have the possibility of seeing the description of the fields, in order to better interpret the information, since for example, for the impact value, you could see the criterion why for example it has been set to High.

So, I think it is interesting to somehow display the field description in the table filter itself, either by positioning the cursor over the field itself, or to implement a “view mode” that allows access to the registration form only in display mode.

Could you consider adding this feature?
