On e3.23.1:
- if you create a Warning/Comment/Awareness notification
- you can not include an “Item Report” of the item that triggered the notification
Above the “Status” field, include a toogle, which by default is disabled, called “Attach Item Report”. If enabled, then a mandatory multiple-select dropdown is shown with:
- List of item reports on the module
- List of parent item reports on the parent module (if applicable)
Note: use the syntax $report_name ($module)
Note: make sure these reports can not be disabled if they are used in a notification
When the email is sent, the attachments of those reports are included.
