Issue with filter and report

Hi,

I have found an issue with filter and reporting.

I have a filter for list of Incidents created in the last week. This is used for sending a report every Wednesday. The problem occurs if the incident is created exactly week before. Then this incident is not involved in the report.

For example - Incident is created on Wednesday 28.8. at 14:00. The report is generated next week on Wednesday 4.9. at 1:00 but the incident is not involved.

The same issue is with risk reporting.

Is it possible to check it?

Sure, there is the condition Created on After - 7 days. It is the same for Risk an Incident.

I see now your condition contains “After or on”. Do you think it could be a root cause?

Yes, that would be my suggestion. Please try with condition After or on. It should help.
