MYSQL Query For Power BI

IN Power BI we want to make a report . so, for that we fetched the tables from docker database.
But when we are making custom fields that is getting saved in table related to custom fields.

All the custom fields from different module (like Risk, Internal control) all coming in same table.

we can’t able to correlate the data of any module table with Custom field tables.
How we can build correlation between this tables.
