We’ll be updating our license terms for community and enterprise, changes are very small but important. Changes have been published on our website and our software from the next release.

Community Software
- Item 2.3.1 will include the word “modify”, we want to make sure people understand they can not modify the software for themselves or third parties.
“2.3.1 modify, sell, purport to assign, license access to or otherwise distribute the Software;”
On-Premise, Enterprise
- Updated 2.1, the license no longer is “Perpetual”, if the Enterprise fee is not re-renewed the software should no longer be used and as per 10.3 it should be deleted from the customer infrastructure. The terms reads now:
2.1 Subject to these Conditions, Eramba grants to the Customer the non-exclusive, non-transferable personal right and licence to download, access and use the Software for its normal internal business purposes.
- Updated 2.3, during and “after” the term has been included. This is just to reinforce the statement from 2.1.
2.3 During and after the Term, except to the extent required to be permitted by applicable law the Customer shall not, and shall not permit or assist any third party to:

2.3.1 modify, adapt, disassemble, reverse engineer, decompile or copy the whole or any part of the Software, nor arrange or create derivative works based on the Software;
