Next week we start testing our SaaS service for existing customers. The service will cost 5000 EUR / year for enterprise customers and 2500 EUR / year for community. We provide the hosting, backups and automated software updates. Partner discounts will be of %20 (not %40) for SaaS services.
If you are a current enterprise customer you can trial the service:
- write an email to support@eramba.org and tell us if you want the service in US or EU
- we will create an empty tenant for you: https://customer.cloud.eramba.org
- if you want, we will help you migrate your database from your on-premise service to cloud over Zoom
You will be able to trial the service for one month and then you have two options:
- you say thank you but i continue with on-premise
- you decide to continue, we will then invoice your company using the following formula (showing an example assuming you have 120 days left of enterprise contract)

We are applying for an ISO 27001 audit the last week of April, in theory if all goes well around summer we’ll get the certificate.
