Am I missing something simple? I have created a number of account reviews. I have the feeds being updated via script and the feeds appear to be valid. I have differentials set up for every 30 days. The problem is, the oldest ones are mroe than 30 days old, and there are no pulls listed for them. I “started” the reviews, which I assume means to activate them, and that I should see the pulls and reviews 30 days from that start.
I was able to trigger a pull, and everything worked fine. Did I do or not do something that is preventing the automatic pulls based on the interval?
Not sure what could be wrong there. I have a lot of reviews setup similar to yours, but run everyday, where I have a cron job running the scripts to populate the files for the feeds and this works faultlessly every night. I updated to 3.27 yesterday and my pulls have worked ok.
I did notice with the update that you can now trigger your own pulls like you said, which is great! Interestingly does anyone know what the ‘Trigger Pull’ option actually calls within the system… I’m thinking here could I get it to run itself from a cron job maybe every hour?
