Is there a way to send ad-hoc notifications? I am using the Support Contracts feature and sometimes I need to manually notify a user. It would be great to send the notification from Eramba.
Perhaps an checkbox in the Comments section to “Send Notification”?

Unfortunately, this is not currently possible. 
Is there a place I should put a feature request or will this do?
I would also find the ability to @ notify someone really useful.
Some creative thinking with custom statuses and alerts triggered by them can probably do a lot of what you’re looking for for….
