Question - Admin password reset

I am trying to reset my eramba login password for Admin Id through forgot password link.

When I do that, it says u will receive an email with instructions to reset password, but I am not receiving an email.

My email is is correct- anyone knows how much time it takes to receive this email? Or is there’s any other way?

Hello,

If you did not setup a mail configuration in your instance yet, you can not expect to receive mail.
But you can reset the password from the command line, see here: Docker Install | Eramba learning portal
