I manualy added a severity option field (dropdown with major and minor non confirmity) in the compliance audit form. This helps tot monitor findings based on the severity and filter / report on them.
Would it be possible to add this by default?

you mean for all thousands of users? if that is the question the answer is no, because everyone has a different opinion on how these fields should be called, if they should be there or not, etc.
the reason eramba has custom fields, custom dynamic status, custom notifications, custom reports, etc is so evyerone can (to some extent) build their own thing.
but if your question was pointing somehwere else…you let us know!
