How dynamic is the handling of users added to the AD Group for an awareness training?
Example: I have created an annual awareness program for users in AD group X. In this group there are users aaa, bbb and ccc at the time of the start of the program.
If user ddd is added to the group later on, is he included in the same, already running training as long as it’s not closed? Or is he only added to the next recurrence of the program (in a year)?
It would be nice if we could add users to a running program. It’s possible that we miss some users or that some users are only identified during the program.
