Hopefully I can get some help here. I’ve ran through the setup video located on YouTube to integrate Azure for authentication.
However, I’ve receiving the following error within the logs: 2023-09-12 01:24:31 error: FAILURE_CREDENTIALS_MISSING for [N/A] on Main portal with errors: [0->invalid_response] [1->User was not authenticated on IDP side] [2->Login credentials not found].
The user account to authenticate is assigned within the application on the Azure side and is also created on the Eramba side of things.
We currently use Azure MFA for all user accounts and have passwordless sign in enabled which I suspect is causing the issue.
Has anyone else run into this problem?
