Question - Black-Holed Error more frequent in Asset Management module

“Support” Asset Management

Hello having major delay with loading AD credentials for user under assessment management and at times it takes up to five (5) minutes to load the user data and if it does not load than we get Black-Hole error.

  • to know what steps you do and where the error does, the explanation above is not very clear
  • app version (screenshot of system / about)
  • full error log download (system / settings / error log/ download all)
