Just going through Business Impact Analysis module. The Maximum MTO is as it says the Maximum tolerable outage of all processes. Should this not be the same as the RTO. Meaning that if we aim for the maximum MTO we will miss other business process SLA’s for MTO’s that are less. Should both be set to the minimum MTO & RTO?
