Question: Change recurring audit interval for internal controls

Hi,

I have audit intervals defined for internal controls for one year. Now I want to change that so controls are audited twice a year. But when I click on “Add new” in “Audit Dates” section nothing happens.

Am I missing some considerations or might this be a bug?

Thanks
Alex

Hello,

Can you share some screenshots?

Some controls are like in picture 1. When I click on e.g. “Add a semester later” nothing happens. But some are like picture 2. There, in this case, the 29th of August appeared as expected. I do not understand why it works sometimes and sometimes not.

Thanks
Alex

Please refer to our documentation: Internal Controls | Eramba learning portal

You are working within the current year only, as indicated in the helper text (outside the calendar year). To test the control each semester, you should create one record for April and another for October. This will give you two audits for this year (you can delete the expired April audit). Next year, eramba will automatically generate two new records for April and October, and this process will repeat annually. Hope that makes sense.

Ah, got it.

Thanks
Alex
