As we have many fields within the Risks module, can you create a clone option so that we can reduce the manual data entry and clone the risk items and just update the unique fields.

Pretty sure there is no clone function, however, you can utilize the import csv function to achieve what you need if you have a lot of duplicate information for similar risk items. It is messy but doable.
