Is it possible to check the logs of the Comments & Attachments when the comments deleted ?
For examples, GRC team member ask Audit to change the date of the next review for specific finding and after the changed happened this person delete his request,

Unfortunately, we are not keeping a history of such actions.
The only option I can suggest is to retrieve this information from the access log. However, I assume you’re looking for a more user-friendly solution to access this data.
