We have a 2 instances of Eramba running. In one instance I’m able to add and Enable custom fields in supported modules using the admin account. However, in the second instance I’m able to add the tab and custom fields using the admin account but I’m not able to Enable the custom fields. This issue occurs in any module supporting custom fields. Any ideas on why this is occurring?

Can you please let me know the releases of eramba you are using.
What does the error log say?
Can you please send a email to support so we investigate this there?
