When recording Data Flow records Eramba must have all five stages completed, sometimes data may be collected, stored and deleted, but not Processed or Transmitted, is it possible to add a N/A button make stages NON mandatory?

you mean for the status to show right ? “Missing Flows” ?

Yes, that’s right, it is important to know all the steps, but sometimes they are not done, e.g. no modification or processing takes place

Oh I see, that is a “System Status” which means it can not be custom configured by admin but you can “Hide” it if you want.

There is an option there that allows you to hide the status and it wont be shown. You can later of course create your own statuses to match your own needs !
