Is there any update on this as I don’t see it on the roadmap as such?
Currently when users click on a document link we send out, they get a 404 Error if they are not logged in via SAML, they have to log out of the guest account and then log back in with their account, but this just takes them to the Policy Portal itself and not the document via the link. This is very frustrating for users.
Below is a screenshot and as you can see it doesn’t look very good and creates service desk tickets… please fix this?
It really needs some sort of re-direct in place or please just get rid of the Guest bit!
