QUESTION - DORA Compliance Package

Hi team,

I have a question around the DORA compliance package uploaded in Feb this year.

I was doing some work on this to assess our readiness and noticed that the articles numbers were different to the document here (https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/PDF/?uri=CELEX:32022R2554&from=FR)

It looks as though all of the articles have shifted down by one, e.g. Article 14 is “Communication” in the document above, but Article 14 in the uploaded compliance package is “Further harmonisation of ICT risk management tools, methods, processes and policies”

Has anyone else noticed this and created a new version that they wouldn’t mind sharing?

yes, is wrong and it needs to be done again properly, is not just the arcticle numbers. we’ll get to it during next week.
