Question - Downloading latest version of all attachments in security policies

Is there a way to download a copy of all the latest versions of attachments in security policies module?

We’re using PDF attachments for policies, and occasionally auditors would ask for a copy of all the current policies. Currently we have to download each PDF separately through a long manual process.

i think that is the only way, yes. you could grant access your auditor access to eramba or policy portal and then that person can download them by themselves.
