I cannot get the update 48 as the System Health detects an error with my MySQL configuration, but the settings are good in the /etc/mysql/mysql.conf.d/mysqld.cnf :
Of course, I restarted the MySQL service after the changes…
Any ideas?

You’ve got two values for max_allowed_packet. Might be a good idea to delete the line with the lower number.
