Question - Generate a Report for an Online Assessment that includes the Comments & Attachments field

I would like to include the Comments & Attachments field in a report generated for the Online Assessment. Is that possible? If so, how do I include the field? I have been trying every combination possible and am unable to determine how to include this field in the report for a completed online assessment.

You can create new filter where comments and attachments will be included.

then create new item report and include this filter
