Question - greyed out menu in community

Hello Eramba Community,

I recently set up a new Eramba Community instance and noticed that several buttons in my toolbar are greyed out, including Reports, Notifications, Customization, Status, and Activity Log.

When I click on Notifications, for example, I am redirected to Eramba’s “Get Started” page instead of being able to configure or manage notifications.

I am specifically trying to set up notifications to inform users about pending project items or reviews but cannot access the necessary options. Can anyone help me understand why these buttons are greyed out and how I can enable notifications or resolve the issue?

Any advice or steps I might have missed would be greatly appreciated!
