Login issues when accessing Eramba portal. Will accept credentials on the screen below…

Then it will fail to load dashboard with the error below…

We have confirmed that the MySQL service is valid and running. We have rebooted the Linux (Ubuntu) VM as well as restarting the service for MySQL on the VM.

Nothing was changed on the OS or software install to break this login process that we are aware of.

If any additional details would be helpful please let me know.

Also is it possible to update from 3.22.0 to 3.24.0 via CLI without installing the versions in-between?

Please disregard as we were able to correct this via repairing LDAP connection settings after resetting local admin account to the application. Joys of inheriting an install from a previously employed team member.
