Question: Link between review and risk/asset?

When I work through the reviews, I miss having a direct link to the associated risk or asset. I would like to be able to read through the risk again with just a few clicks before I complete the review. For the risks, you can display the reviews in a column and with one click, the reviews are visible below. So you can jump to the Review.

However, in the reviews, you cannot display the associated risk in a column. Nothing is visible at the bottom.

Is there a simple other solution for this?

is a bit hard for us to understand a somewhat complex topic without screenshots and steps by step instructions - perhaps if you repharase the post in detail we can understand you better.

as per our product roadmap the policy module and the reviews (not just policies, assets, risks, etc too) will change. we are designing the ux as i’m writting this, we will update that post with updates when available.

Sorry if I didn’t explain myself clearly.

The basic question is: When a reviewer gets a notification and goes to the review via Item_URL, what’s the easiest way for them to jump to the related risk?

The review only shows the name of the risk, not a link.

I would like to give the reviewer the opportunity to quickly get an overview of the risk, e.g., one click to jump to the risk and then quickly to the system report.

The ideal solution would, of course, be if the system report for the risk could be displayed during the reviews (e.g., select the review item and the system-report for the risk can be displayed in the lower menu).

now is clear to me, since the ux update, there is no easy way because the asociated “parent” risk is not clickable

we are changing this views as we speak, the link on the email notification will take you to the Risk, not to the Review record. The risk will have a pop up window showing the details of the risk and the history of the Risk on the right side.

this will become public in the coming months and update Assets, Policies and Risks reviews. If you look at the Product Roadmap post (you should check it as is updated every week) Product Roadmap (Last Update: 26th September) you will see there the changes planed and links that explain those changes in more detail

correct, just what i mentioend above, in the past (before ux migration) this was a link.
