Question - Measure customer satisfaction - ISO 9001

I would like to measure customer satisfaction - Item 9.1.2 from ISO 9001 and link this to Compliancy Analysis. This is something new/not existing at this moment I believe.

honestly i dont think so … eramba is more headed towards security and even in that direction we still have many things to improve … sorry !
