3 times I’ve requested a new token and gotten one, but every time it fails with either invalid or timeout - even though it’s a direct copy/paste from the email and entered in immediately after receiving the email. The curl ping says I can get to the Eramba site, so not sure what the issue is. Confirmed general internet access is working fine.
